Brazil Federal Revenue Service Seizes 880 Vaping Devices
The Brazilian Federal Revenue Service seized a batch of vaping devices hidden in a car's false bottom during a routine inspection on the International Friendship Bridge between Iguazu and Ciudad del Este.
According to a report by H2FOZ on December 19, the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB) seized a batch of vaping devices hidden in a car's false bottom during a routine inspection on the International Friendship Bridge between Iguazu and Ciudad del Este.
The vehicle was intercepted while passing through customs into Brazil. During the inspection, approximately 880 vaping devices were found hidden in the rear of the vehicle. The batch was valued at 25,000 reais. The driver was arrested on the spot and was found to be a repeat offender. According to the Federal Revenue Service, "this Paraguayan man had previously been arrested for smuggling vaping devices."
