In July, China's vaping exports reached approximately 20,300 tons, an increase of 3.21% month-on-month and 48.71% year-on-year. Since April, although there have been fluctuations in monthly export volumes, the overall export volume has remained around 20,000 tons.
[Report from China] According to updated trade data from the General Administration of Customs of China for July 2023, China's vaping export volume was 20,300,718 kilograms, equivalent to 20,300 tons, an increase of 3.21% month-on-month and 48.71% year-on-year. Since April, although there have been fluctuations in monthly export volumes, the overall export volume has remained around 20,000 tons.
It is worth noting that while the export volume has increased, the export value has decreased. In July, China's vaping products export value was approximately $926 million (about 6.661 billion RMB), a decrease of 1.68% compared to June 2023, but an increase of 8.01% compared to the same period in 2022.
