FLOW Issues Statement on Counterfeit FLOW Disposable Vaping Devices on the Market
On March 4, FLOW issued a statement warning that counterfeit FLOW disposable vaping devices dated March 2, 2020 had appeared on the market.
On March 4, domestic vaping brand FLOW issued a public statement saying that a batch of counterfeit FLOW disposable vaping devices had recently appeared on the market, bearing a production date of March 2, 2020.
FLOW CEO Zhu Xiaomu joked in his WeChat Moments: “Alright, they’ve started making fakes of us. I’m quite pleased.”
In the statement, FLOW explained and warned that since December 15, 2019, it has never produced or authorized any company or individual to produce FLOW disposable vaping devices. The company will not bear any responsibility for losses incurred by distributors or consumers from the purchase or sale of counterfeit and substandard products, and it has already initiated legal action to investigate and crack down on such products.
Finally, FLOW urged distributors and consumers to purchase FLOW disposable vaping devices through official channels. The company also stated that it is “willing to work with distributor partners to help clean up the vaping market and provide the market and consumers with safe, healthy products.”
