Philippines Requires Vape Companies to Accept Government Regulation
Recently, the regulatory agency of the Philippine government announced that all e-cigarette manufacturing and trading companies in the country must obtain a valid business license from the government regulatory agency, or they will face penalties.<\/p>
It was reported that the Philippine government regulatory agency will require all e-cigarette manufacturers, sellers, and distributors to hold valid business licenses.
<\/p>
To this end, the Philippine government health regulatory agency has also issued an administrative order requiring all vapor tobacco product businesses to obtain a legitimate business license from the Philippine Food and Drug Administration.<\/p>
Meanwhile, the government has also amended the smoking control law, prohibiting consumers from using e-cigarettes in public places, allowing use only in designated consumption areas.<\/p>
