Shenzhen INI Technology and Shenzhen Boton Group signed a strategic partnership agreement in Nanshan, Shenzhen, marking a major step forward in cooperation for the Suorin vaping business in China.

On the morning of September 12, 2019, at the Boton Group R&D Building in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Mr. Hou Guangxin, head of Suorin vaping devices in China for Niwo Group, and Mr. Qiang Yaofeng, General Manager of Shenzhen Boton, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking an important new step forward through this strong partnership.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Hou Guangxin, head of Suorin vaping devices in China, and Mr. Qiang Yaofeng, General Manager of Shenzhen Boton, each delivered remarks, both expressing an ambitious vision for a long-term partnership.

Boton Group, formerly known as Shenzhen Boton Flavors & Fragrances Co., Ltd., was established in 1991. After years of steady operations and efficient development, it has grown into a large modern enterprise group covering four core sectors: flavors and fragrances, bioengineering, consumer electronics, and property management. As a diversified international group, its subsidiary Shenzhen Boton Flavors & Fragrances Park Co., Ltd. was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Main Board in 2005, becoming the first listed company in China’s flavors and fragrances industry.

As of July 2019, there were 25,979 vaping-related patents worldwide. Of these, China accounted for 22,825 patents, representing 88% of the global total; Shenzhen Boton Group alone held 11,379 vaping-related patents, accounting for 43.8% of the global total and nearly half of all such patents in China.

Shenzhen Niwo Network Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-end vaping devices company driven by technology and innovation, with an R&D team from Xiaomi and Huawei. Its founder also has a background with an Apple-designated manufacturer. Its Suorin brand pioneered integrated open-system vaping devices and has ranked among the top three in U.S. sales in the “mini vape” category for several consecutive years.

This cooperation between Niwo Group and the Life Health and New Tobacco R&D Center of Shenzhen Boton Flavors & Fragrances Co., Ltd. brings together the strengths of both sides to achieve mutual success and win-win results.
