Luo Yonghao: No Ties to FLOW or Other Vape Brands Except Ono

The following is the full text of Luo Yonghao's Weibo post:

Due to many misunderstandings, I hereby solemnly declare: FLOW e-cigarettes have no financial ties or any form of cooperation with me. Initially, I helped FLOW launch their products simply because several of my former colleagues are part of its founding team. I am one of the main partners of Mr. Peng Jinzhao's startup, Ono Technology. Apart from that, I have no ties to any other e-cigarette-related companies.

It is understood that FLOW e-cigarettes were founded by Zhu Xiaomu, an employee of Smartisan Technology, after leaving the company. FLOW e-cigarettes were established in November 2018, and in May 2019, FLOW announced that it had completed a total of $10.892 million in angel and Pre-A round financing, with investors including Jager Capital, Matrix Partners China, and Yisan Capital.
