How to Fix the Red Light on the IQOS Multi All-in-One

IQOS Multi red lights are usually caused by overheating, system errors, or a dirty blade. Let the device cool, restart it, and clean the blade to restore normal performance.
The red light on the IQOS all-in-one MULTI is generally caused by the following situations:

First, you may have used the Multi several times in a row, causing the heating blade to overheat. Once the temperature drops, it should return to normal.
Second, it may be a program error. In this case, simply press and hold the button for 10 seconds to restart the device.
Third, the heating blade may not have been cleaned for a long time, resulting in uneven heating or poor heat dissipation. In this case, please clean your heating blade thoroughly. A good standard of cleanliness is that the original surface color is visible again.
Fourth, check whether the ambient temperature is within the range of 0°C to 50°C. Conditions that are too cold or too hot can both trigger a red light error.
Fifth, you may have charged it with a non-original charger, which may have damaged the battery. Replacing the battery should solve the issue.
Sixth, the problem may have been caused by water damage.
Seventh, a short circuit in the heating or cleaning circuit. If none of the above situations can resolve the issue, please see the next method.

• Restore the system with a forced reset: press the button on the 3.0/Multi device body 5 times. At this point, the far-left and far-right battery indicator lights on the 3.0/Multi will turn on, while the two middle lights remain off. Then press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until all indicator lights turn off and wait for the device to restart. After restarting, the battery indicator lights will flash a few times and gradually light up. Done.
