Why Does the IQOS 3.0 Heater Show a Red Light?

Why does the IQOS 3.0 holder show a red light? On this model, a red light usually points to a broken heating blade. Unlike earlier versions, IQOS 3.0 more often shows white flashing errors instead.
Why does the IQOS 3.0 holder show a red light?

In general, red-light faults were very common with vaping devices such as the 2.4 Plus, also known as the third generation. Many complaints online were directed at the red light on IQOS devices. However, with the IQOS 3.0, or fourth generation, the holder usually does not show a red light and will only flash white. If your holder shows a red light, it generally means the heating blade has broken.

As shown in the image above.

If this happens, please remove the cap and check whether the heating blade inside is broken. If it is broken, the device will need repair.

For repairs, please contact our customer service at vapeos for professional service and guaranteed flavor performance!
