If the IQOS 3.0 holder and charging case both flash red, check whether the blade is broken, then try basic troubleshooting to determine whether the issue is hardware damage or a system error.
IQOS 3.0 is the latest fourth-generation IQOS. If the holder flashes red, how should you fix it?

In most cases, the charging case can charge normally, but once the holder is inserted, the holder flashes red and the charging case also flashes red. There are generally two possible reasons:
First, remove the holder cap and check whether the heating blade inside is broken. If it is not broken, place the holder into the charging case and press and hold for 10 seconds to reset it. Then check whether it can charge. If it can, it should be back to normal.

Second, the holder may have gotten wet. Many cases like this are currently caused by water damage. An emergency fix for water exposure is to use a hair dryer to dry it. Try not to use very high heat; blow-dry it a bit longer, then put it back in the charging case and check whether it works normally. If it still does not work, then it will need repair.
