The identities of the two suspects have been confirmed as V? V?n S?n, born in 2005, residing in ?u Lau Commune, and Lê Trung Hi?u, born in 2005, living in the Nguyễn Thái Học District of Ninh Bình Province, Vietnam. Both admitted to selling drugs to the fleeing young man.
