PMI Recognized for Sustainability Performance; First Inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability World
Philip Morris International has been successfully included in the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability World Index for the first time, while also being included in the Dow Jones Sustainability North America Composite Index for the fourth consecutive year.
According to a recent report by Wallstreet-online, Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) has received major recognition for its sustainability performance, with its first-ever inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index, a globally recognized and highly prestigious benchmark for corporate sustainability performance.
The World Index includes the top 10% of the largest 2,500 companies in the S&P Global Broad Market Index, ranked based on long-term economic, environmental, and social criteria. At the same time, the company has also been included in the Dow Jones Sustainability North America Composite Index for the fourth consecutive year.
