relx Phantom Pro device and Power cartridges face insufficient battery supply issues

Issues with the Phantom Pro device and Power cartridges: when the battery level drops to the second-to-last bar, it becomes insufficient to support power output, and vapor production decreases. This is not very user-friendly for heavy users or those with stronger nicotine needs. Could the battery capacity be increased, or could the output be made more stable? There are also contact issues. Some Power cartridges do not produce vapor on the Pro, but work normally on the Phantom device.

The failure rate of Power cartridges is relatively high. Some do not work right after opening, while others stop producing vapor before they are finished. The same happens even when switching to a Phantom device. Some cartridges will not work when inserted one way, but will work when flipped and inserted the other way. What causes this? With the Phantom, it is rare to get a cartridge that does not work, but with Power cartridges it feels like opening a blind box—out of three cartridges, there is always one “hidden edition.” If all three work, you are really lucky... The overall experience is just very poor.
