Kaival Brands appoints Barry Hopkins as Executive Chairman

Kaival Brands Group has appointed Barry Hopkins as Executive Chairman. He will serve as the company's principal executive officer and accelerate the implementation of its strategic plan.

News flash: Kaival Brands Group Company (NASDAQ: KAVL) recently announced that it has expanded the responsibilities of Chairman Barry Hopkins, appointing him as Executive Chairman and Principal Executive Officer of Kaival Brands.

Current President and Chief Executive Officer Eric Mosser will continue to oversee the company’s day-to-day operations. 

Barry Hopkins joined Kaival Brands in March 2023 as Chairman. He brings 40 years of experience in the tobacco industry, along with deep expertise in operations and industry relationships. With his expanded role, Hopkins will take a more active part in the company’s strategic direction and oversight, with a focus on accelerating revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and executing Kaival Brands’ strategic plan.
