Aiqiji Officially Launches QUAQ E-Vapor Solution Targeting Premium User Experience

On November 14, Ge Wu Consumer learned that Aiqiji launched its latest generation e-vapor solution QUAQ in London, UK, featuring the high burst e-vapor core QUAQ MESH, the industry’s first integrated modular power supply group QUAQ CELL, and a full set of patented cartridge exchange system QUAQ CAPSULE, representing three leading core technologies that continue QUAQ's mission of "contributing to industry technological advancement and providing users with an ultimate upgrade in experience."

The first product equipped with the QUAQ full solution, LOST MARY TAPPO, is set to launch soon. In its first year, QUAQ has gradually become the technical support and core driving force for globally leading e-vapor brands LOST MARY and ELFBAR.

High burst e-vapor core QUAQ MESH, which adopts a bionic honeycomb structure, can quickly vaporize e-liquid in just 0.1 seconds, allowing the flavor to quickly fill the mouth while ensuring consistency, delivering a denser and smoother taste.

The industry’s first integrated modular power supply QUAQ CELL, which integrates the battery and control circuit, improves the stability of power output, providing continuous flavor enhancement. At the same time, QUAQ CELL makes the fully automated production of e-vapor products a reality and overcomes the technical bottlenecks of component disassembly and recycling.

High burst e-vapor core QUAQ MESH: 0.1 seconds for explosive vaporization performance

Using a bionic honeycomb structure, QUAQ MESH can shorten the time to fill the mouth with vapor to under 0.1 seconds.

Through more scientific thermal conduction and heat distribution design, QUAQ MESH can maintain the heating area temperature within the optimal range of 220-270 degrees Celsius, enhancing the flavor of e-liquid vaporization. The surface of QUAQ MESH is treated with nano-etching, resulting in more even heat distribution, a 30% reduction in carbon residue, and a 97% improvement in flavor consistency, delivering consistently stable performance.  

After optimization, QUAQ MESH can produce ultra-fine vapor particles of 0.76 microns. Unlike ordinary cotton cores, QUAQ MESH can produce up to 10 milligrams of vapor every two seconds, providing a stronger and denser flavor.

QUAQ CAPSULE: A revolutionary “zero-second saturation” cartridge exchange system design

Aiqiji’s pursuit of user experience transcends the disposable category and extends to the cartridge exchange category. QUAQ CAPSULE, a new type of cartridge chamber with patented materials and structures, features zero-second saturation. When users push the bottom of the cartridge into the chamber, the atomizer core is instantly saturated with e-liquid, bringing an ultimate product experience.

Traditional ceramic cores can lead to stale flavors due to prolonged soaking in e-liquid, and the industry has adopted oil-core separation technology to address this pain point. The first-generation oil-core separation technology uses absorbent cotton to slowly guide e-liquid into the cotton core, often requiring users to wait a long time to achieve stable flavor.

Through material and structural innovations, QUAQ CAPSULE addresses the above two pain points—stale flavor from ceramic cores and long waiting times for saturation with first-generation guiding cotton.   

QUAQ CAPSULE uses a new patented material that effectively absorbs e-liquid and a custom air passage structure, improving leak-proof performance by 200%; structurally, QUAQ CAPSULE incorporates QUAQ MESH, which has a high porosity that enhances the flow of e-liquid, releasing denser and smoother vapor compared to ceramic cores, enhancing the smoothness of the flavor.
