Smuggled Vaping Devices Seized in Siberia, Russia; Case Value Reaches 6 Million Rubles
Transport police in Siberia seized over 7,000 illegally smuggled electronic cigarettes, with a case value reaching 6 million rubles.
According to TASS on October 26, transport police in the Siberian region discovered smuggling activities and seized over 7,000 unmarked electronic cigarette products during the operation.

Russian customs officials in Tomsk and Kemerovo collaborated with transport police to complete this operation. A 45-year-old local resident is suspected of illegally smuggling a large quantity of electronic cigarettes from abroad via railway without the necessary documentation, intending to sell them in Tomsk.
The police have seized all discovered smuggled electronic cigarettes, with a total value exceeding 6 million rubles, and relevant authorities have begun a criminal investigation.
