Dr. Fearon stated that research institutions should strengthen cooperation with regulatory agencies in various countries to promote regulatory formulation and implementation based on scientific facts; Dr. Nussbaum believed that the entire industry should unite with consumers to jointly submit suggestions to the government to push regulation in a direction favorable to harm reduction tobacco development.
