Smoore brand Vaporesso approved for sale in the UAE

According to PR Newswire, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) of the United Arab Emirates has authorized Smoore’s vaping brand VAPORESSO to sell in the UAE, making it the first open-system vaping device brand in the country to receive MoIAT approval.

After nearly a year of strategic planning and application, more than 10 Vaporesso products, including Luxe XR, XROS 3 Mini, XROS 2, XROS 3, XROS Mini, XROS Nano, Zero S, Luxe X, Luxe, QS, OSMALL 2, and GEN PT 60, have obtained MoIAT certification.

The first batch of MoIAT-certified and packaging-compliant products has now arrived in the UAE and completed customs declaration. This allows local distributors, retailers, and consumers to legally sell, stock, and purchase Vaporesso products. At the same time, all future Vaporesso products will be registered with MoIAT to ensure quality and innovation for partners and consumers.

The UAE government has implemented strict regulations governing all nicotine-containing ingredients used in the e-cigarettes, tobacco sticks, e-liquids, and tobacco products sold in the country. The regulations require e-cigarette device manufacturers to comply with standards set by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology, which establish strict quality and safety requirements for e-cigarettes and related products before they are placed on the market.
