Did a vaping boss donate millions to a country?
According to Global Intelligence and a report by the UK’s Independent, the UK Conservative Party recently accepted a £350,000 donation from the owner of a vaping company, equivalent to several million RMB. At the same time, the latest Electoral Commission records show that Rishi Sunak’s party received a six-figure sum in May from Supreme 8 Ltd. The company’s director is Sandeep Chadha, CEO of Supreme Plc, which sells vape products in flavors such as Watermelon Bubblegum and Cotton Candy Ice. Supreme also sells Elf Bar products and manufactures vape products in flavors including Razz Cherry, Cotton Candy Ice, and Watermelon Bubblegum. This vaping company is headquartered in Manchester and is a major distributor and manufacturer. At the same time, Supreme is also a key supplier of disposables to Tesco, Morrison, One Stop, and WHSmith, as well as B&M, Poundland, Home Bargains, and The Range.

▲ Comment: A six-figure donation is not a small amount. Overseas, it is quite common to see vaping-related sponsorships or donations, which shows that this industry has already developed a fairly large ecosystem abroad and is worth paying attention to.
