President Zhuang said that Indonesia currently has a large number of open oil filling accounts for the market. Therefore, we also plan to launch an open oil filling and ammunition replacement category next month.
Currently, its company has opened more than 300 locations in Indonesia. The cores are distributed in Jakarta, Surabaya, Batam Island, etc.
He said that currently there are 5 professional stores in its 300 points, and most of the others are counters, coffee shops, e-cigarette shops and other models. It also fully cooperates with bars, cafes, restaurants, and family convenience stores. Among them, the family plans to visit 10 stores first, and the family has more than 100 stores in Indonesia.
President Zhuang said that this month he is also planning to expand markets in cities such as Semarang, West Kalimantan, Sumatra, and Bali. It plans to expand to 1,000 - 1,500 stores in the future.

The ones with good sales are one-time. Because some users prefer one-time simplicity, they don't need to be as troublesome as oil filling. Especially in different scenarios, users prefer different consumer products. For example, some high-end users will like simple consumption. Therefore, in Indonesia, it is not that there is no market at one time, but that the right consumption scenarios must be selected, because users 'consumption capabilities and habits are different in different scenarios.

When asked what conditions and costs are needed to become a distributor of the company, Manager Zhuang said that generally opening a specialty store requires an initial investment of 200,000 yuan, including all decoration, operation model and supply of goods. But this does not include rent. However, we will attach great importance to service and equip specialized sales staff for training.
Talking about local rent, President Zhuang said that our specialty store, like ours, has 180 square meters in Jakarta and 90,000 RMB a year. It's not expensive, but it's not cheap either.

Looking back on the journey of e-cigarettes in Indonesia, it was more troublesome to play with big cigarettes in the past, and then I felt that it was better to inject oil. The next step should be a one-time market, but it will take a while.
At present, Indonesia's one-time growth rate is not so fast, and it is still mainly filled with oil. Under this background, it is estimated that it will take 2-3 years to reach a one-time growth rate.
