1. We recommend trying a different charger or charging cable to see whether the issue is caused by the charger or cable.
2. Please carefully check whether the charging cable is firmly plugged into the device.
3. Try a different power strip, or try charging the device directly from a wall outlet (to rule out external factors). After trying the steps above, insert a brand-new pod into the device and check whether it works normally.
4. Please confirm whether the device has been dropped or exposed to water.
