No Vapor? Replacing the Cartridge Fixes It—Is It a Cartridge Issue? Can a Half-Used Cartridge Still
We’re very sorry for the unpleasant experience~ If your device is not producing vapor, please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Please check whether any condensate has built up on the inner wall of the device. You can use a tissue to wipe the inside of the device as well as the bottom of the pod, then place the product in a well-ventilated area and let it air dry naturally for a while before trying again~
2. Please connect the charger and try again after charging for ten minutes~
3. Please check whether the pod or device has been dropped or exposed to water~
4. Please try replacing it with a new pod~
