According to the Manila Standard, RELX International has stopped selling fruit-flavored vaping products in stores across the Philippines.

Republic Act No. 11467 and Joint Memorandum Circular No. 003-2020 prohibit the manufacture, import, sale, and distribution of vapor products with flavors other than tobacco or menthol in the country.
This law was signed by President Rodrigo Duterte on January 22, 2020, increasing the excise tax on alcohol, heated tobacco, and vaping products to raise funds for the government to provide quality and affordable healthcare services.
RELX stated that this move reflects its commitment to supporting important reforms that will benefit tax collection while meeting the needs of legally aged adult smokers, preventing minors from accessing e-cigarettes, and ensuring that e-cigarettes are sold responsibly and in compliance with standards nationwide.
