However, the most commonly used battery for steam players is still the 18650 battery, so a conversion cartridge is provided by default at the factory to facilitate the use of the 18650 battery on the I-PRIV mainframe. [Host Function]

A big difference in I-PRIV's functions is that it brings SMOK another brand new software and menu system. During operation, press the ignition button 3 times in 2 seconds to enter the first-level menu interface (Figure ① below). [Host power curve output test]

For practical use, the power output depends on the amount of smoke and taste experience. Therefore, equa uses a current-voltage power meter in series and parallel it on the electrode to directly measure the output power, and uses a TTL-USB communication module to upload real-time data to the computer, intercept its relevant measurement data, and make a graph, so that its power output is more digital.

Let's first look at the output of 230W. Equa used a 0.13 battery and two fully charged VTC4 batteries to test, and successfully obtained a maximum power output of 230W. Due to the impact of DC discharge, the power in the after-process has a downward trend, but the 10-second test interval (10 seconds is the safety protection period of the host) can get an average power output of 213W, which basically conforms to the positioning of 230W power.

At the output of 180W, the output also showed a slow decline in the later period, from the initial 180W, slowly dropped to 161W at the end, and the average output in 10 seconds was 170W.

Test summary: The output of SMOK's I-PRIV mainframe still takes into account the user's instantaneous experience of ignition and use, and has been adjusted accordingly for this usage habit. Usually the smoking ignition time is within 2 seconds, so we can see that in the first 2 seconds of output, it shows a very direct and sufficient output, and then there is a slight decline in the subsequent period. This adjustment is in line with the style of previously launched SMOK X-PRIV, MAG and other mainframes. There is reason to believe that a similar output scheme is probably used in the power output circuit.

As can be seen in the above parameter measurement section, the volume and weight of the I-PRIV set are relatively slightly prominent. However, because it has been treated with the overall waist and smooth edge transition, the actual effect of getting started is very good.
