The P222 packaging has no Chinese text; it is a simple upward-opening design. The designer probably considered that a lightweight package is sufficient, without the need for flashy designs.

Upon removing the plastic wrap, the basic information of the device is clear. GTRS P222. I don't know who designed this maximum power; it sounds a bit frustrating. The power range is 7-222 watts. It uses an 18650 battery with three adjustable modes. This configuration is common among mainstream devices, so I won't elaborate further.

After a cup of tea to calm my nerves, I can see the main device lying securely inside. Haha! There’s a bilingual instruction manual. I glanced through it; the product setup is extremely simple, but it might be a bit challenging for beginners. It comes with a USB data cable and a cloth for cleaning the surface, which can be used to wipe the box or atomizer.

The feel is reminiscent of a Samsung slide phone, including the button handling. The fire button on the red version is gold, which looks quite nice and stylish. However, the feedback from the fire button is poor compared to the +/- buttons; the difference is like comparing a mechanical keyboard to a laptop's chiclet keyboard. Personally, I prefer the crisp feedback of mechanical keyboards, so I am not very satisfied with the fire button. The screen brightness is indeed quite low, resembling the eye-protection mode seen in e-readers. Functionally, all boxes are quite similar.

The shape of the box is more cylindrical, which enhances the feel and significantly improves its aesthetics. I recommend this to players who want a dual-battery box but prefer something compact, lightweight, practical, and aesthetically pleasing, with excellent portability. I also hope the manufacturer can improve the fire button to provide feedback similar to that of a mechanical keyboard.

The panel is simple and elegant, with dimensions of 82×42×40, making it a compact dual-battery device. It feels great in hand; honestly, this is the most comfortable device I have held. The device powers on as soon as the batteries are installed, which is a common design among many devices. As mentioned in reviews, the screen is quite dim. The feel of the adjustment buttons is not great, resembling those on children's toys, lacking good feedback. I tried the fire button again and had the same impression. I hope the manufacturer can improve this.

The battery compartment is located at the back of the device, covered by a magnetic panel. This design is used by many devices. The fit is still a bit lacking; there is slight movement when shaking it up and down.

Now let's look at the functions; it has all the basic features of mainstream devices. Power, temperature control, wire selection, soft and powerful output, etc. I won't elaborate further since I have already seen reviews.

Don't pay attention to the items beside it; the main character is the P222 device. The resistance is 0.17. I like this data. The device fires quickly with no delay. I mainly use power mode; I am too lazy to use other modes. Most of my friends use power mode, at least those around me do. The burst is also quite good. The resistance calculation is relatively accurate. There haven't been many changes in the chip; it remains a mainstream device. It’s good for beginners.

Now let's talk about the most critical issue.

The USB port heats up or leaks electricity when firing; it gets hot quickly. Please be cautious while using it. I don't know if yours is the same as mine.

In summary: the device looks good, is compact, feels comfortable, and fires quickly.

However, there are many downsides: the button feel is poor, and the back cover fit is lacking. The battery with a skin may leave gaps when covered, and the most significant issue is the design flaw of the USB leaking electricity and getting hot!
