At the beginning of this article, I would like to thank for the opportunity to experience the furnace testing, allowing me to participate. The Furnace Atomizer is a newly launched single-coil flavor atomizer by the Blacksmith Group this year. The outer packaging still adopts the unique orange cardboard design of the Furnace Group.

The contents of the furnace packaging are quite simple, featuring the atomizer body, a manual, and a spare parts bag. The spare parts bag contains an Allen screw, two locking screws, one bottom-fill electrode screw, and several O-rings.
Blacksmith Group Furnace Atomizer Review The Furnace Atomizer can be disassembled into four components: the drip tip, atomization chamber, airflow adjustment ring, and base. The upper part of the atomization chamber is made of PEI material, while the lower part is made of stainless steel, tightly connected and seemingly unable to be further disassembled. The drip tip is also made of PEI material, which greatly prevents heat transfer during use.

Inside the atomization chamber, the dome design features three segmented layers, allowing the smoke to converge three times before reaching the mouthpiece, enhancing the richness of the smoke and the experience of the e-liquid to the maximum. The airflow is achieved through a hidden method, by rotating the airflow adjustment ring at the top of the atomization chamber to control the amount of incoming air, a design that is not commonly seen.
Blacksmith Group Furnace Atomizer Review The base is entirely made of stainless steel, with six airflow holes on each side, and there is some space left at the connection point with the chamber. Air flows in through the middle airflow hole of the atomization chamber, vertically down into the base on both sides, accumulating in the internal space at a 45-degree angle and blowing directly onto the heating wire through the honeycomb airflow holes. This design ensures a rich smoke density while better cooling the heating wire. The spacing of the heating wire placement holes is relatively large, accommodating different types of heating wires well.

From a bird's-eye view of the atomizer base, there is ample space for wire placement, and the oil reservoir opening is quite deep, allowing for more e-liquid to be stored. The electrode screws are gold-plated, indicating good conductivity, and the Furnace Atomizer can also choose to replace the electrode screws for bottom-fill functionality. The bottom of the atomizer does not indicate much information, only a device number and brand name.
Blacksmith Group Furnace Atomizer Review Wire data: 24ga, 2.5mm diameter, 7 wraps, resistance 0.56Ω. Under this data, when vaping with powdered e-liquid, the flavor clarity is quite high, and during the vaping process, the layers of smoke are clear, with a smoke volume that meets daily needs, and the strawberry-covered apricot flavor can also be clearly perceived.

【Summary】

The Furnace Atomizer launched by the Blacksmith Group provides a satisfying flavor experience; however, there is a slight difficulty in wire installation, which may be a bit unfriendly for novice users. However, removing one of the locking screws makes it easy to complete. Although the deep oil reservoir can increase some usage endurance, I still recommend that users use it on bottom-fill devices.
