RELX Vaping Tips: How to Tell Leakage from Condensation and What to Watch During Use
Reasons why a RELX pod does not produce vapor and the solutions.
Cause: The pod airway is blocked.
Explanation: Due to improper storage, the pod channel may be blocked by foreign matter.
Solution: Hold the pod mouthpiece facing downward and tap it gently against a flat table.
Cause: Condensation buildup at the bottom of the pod.
Explanation: The bottom of the pod has a condensation reservoir where many droplets of condensate can collect. If too much builds up, it may cause blockage and affect normal use.
Solution: If you see a large amount of condensation collected at the bottom of the pod, gently tap the bottom of the pod against a flat table to disperse the condensation.
Cause: Poor contact.
Explanation: There are four contact points at the bottom of the pod. If these contacts do not connect properly with the heating probe inside the device, it will not produce vapor when you inhale.
Solution: Press the four small copper contact points on the bottom of the pod and try repositioning the pod in the device.
Cause: The heating wire is broken.
Explanation: Temperature overload or impact may cause the heating wire to break.
