LAMI recently released a trial flavor—an upgraded Green Mango—and LAMI fans have been eagerly anticipating it. Today, we’re taking a deep dive into the story behind Green Mango and what makes it special.

The “100% real fruit fresh extract” used here is made by processing natural mangoes through seven steps to ultimately obtain a fresh extract used for flavoring.

The seven extraction steps for Green Mango are: washing, cell-wall breaking and crushing, selective extraction, sugar removal, decolorization and dewaxing, low-temperature concentration and enrichment, and flavor blending and refinement.

One key point is the low-temperature concentration and enrichment process, which means concentrating the extract at low temperatures to maximize the concentration of aromatic compounds.
