U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Says E-cigarette Products Are Popular Among Teenager

According to news from the American Tobacco Industry Network, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently released their sampling survey data. The results indicate that e-cigarette products, vaping products, and similar smoking devices have become very popular among teenage students in the United States in recent years, which has drawn the attention of public health regulatory agencies in the country.
The CDC's survey data shows that in 2016 alone, as many as 38% of American high school students and 13% of middle school students had tried using such e-cigarette products.
However, a representative from the CDC stated that the data they published may still be underestimated, as the figures were based on self-reported surveys from students, which may be lower than the actual percentage.
