Chen Zhiping, Chairman and General Manager of McWell, is from Yiyang, Hunan, born in 1975. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Tongji University and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School. He has served as a sales manager at Shanghai Shangke United Technology and Shanghai Fudan Guanghua Technology.

Shenzhen McWell Co., Ltd.

Shenzhen McWell Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Smoore Technology Limited) was established in 2009 and is one of the companies engaged in the research and production of electronic vaporization devices. It was listed on the New Third Board in December 2015 and has gradually formed a dual-engine drive model of ODM and APV proprietary brands. In 2016, 2017, and 2018, McWell achieved operating revenues of 726 million, 1.566 billion, and 3.434 billion yuan, respectively, with net profits attributable to the parent company of 125 million, 220 million, and 785 million yuan during the same period. In 2018, McWell was listed among Shenzhen's top 500 enterprises, and by the end of 2018, it proposed to terminate its listing on the New Third Board and plans to transition to a public listing.
 
McWell has subsidiaries including Dongguan McKe Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen McBrothers Technology Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Smoore Industrial Co., Ltd., and SVR INC. Additionally, one of the largest listed lithium battery companies, EVE Energy, is one of McWell's shareholders. The parent company is primarily responsible for the research, production, and sales of e-cigarettes; Dongguan McKe Electronics and Shenzhen McBrothers mainly handle e-cigarette production; Hong Kong Smoore Industrial is mainly responsible for overseas sales of e-cigarettes; and SVR INC is primarily responsible for e-cigarette research and sales.

ODM Business: The company provides design and OEM manufacturing services, with clients owning brands and responsible for market control, marketing, branding, and distribution. Products are mainly sold through traditional cigarette market channels, such as gas stations, convenience stores, and tobacco specialty counters in large supermarkets. Major ODM clients include Nu Mark LLC (Philip Morris International's e-cigarette brand), Japan Ploom Tech (Japan Tobacco), and other international tobacco giants, as well as domestic brands like RELX, YOOZ, Funn, VFOLK, bink, VANGO, and VLADDIN.

APV Proprietary Brand Business: The advantage of APV lies in the large-capacity battery that provides more powerful functions, as well as features like digital display frequency and voltage adjustment. The proprietary e-cigarette brands include Vaporesso, Renova, and FEELM, with the Vaporesso product line already registered in all 28 EU member states. The Vaporesso series primarily relies on offline experience stores for sales, forming a certain market scale and influence among end customers in overseas markets.

McWell's two ceramic heating element atomizers are the CCELL ceramic atomizer and the FEELM ceramic atomizer. The ceramic heating element technology uses special ceramics and porous co-firing technology with heating materials, creating a special heating element through high-temperature sintering, which has high thermal efficiency. The ceramic material of the atomizer can also solve the issue of burnt coils, avoid carbon buildup, and can be cleaned, resulting in a longer lifespan compared to ordinary atomizers. Currently, microporous ceramic heating elements have become standard in most high-quality pod systems.

The CCELL atomizer uses a microporous ceramic design, integrating the heating wire with the ceramic through high-temperature co-firing. CCELL is used in multiple e-cigarette brands, such as Vaporesso and Renova.

2. FEELM Ceramic Atomizer

FEELM combines a metal film with a ceramic conductor, and it won the Global Golden Leaf Award in 2018. It has now been updated to the fourth generation of ceramic honeycomb atomizers. The recently released RELX Alpha uses the latest FEELM 2.0 black ceramic atomizer.
