The launch event, themed "The Future of the Core," emphasized the continuous development and innovation of electronic vaporization technology and showcased ICCPP's determination to shape the future of the industry. The new GENE TREE nanotechnology ceramic core product is expected to improve vaporization efficiency and stability while extending product lifespan.
EVEREST Zhao, CEO of ICCPP, stated: "GENE TREE is the result of countless hours of R&D efforts and ten years of experience in electronic vaporization technology. We are excited to present our groundbreaking research findings to the international community and lead the future development of ceramic cores."
ICCPP has a strong R&D team of 300 people. After more than 1000 days, the R&D team continuously repeated technical explorations and scientific experiments, spending tens of thousands of hours refining 1000 sets of ceramic core material formulas, and the company finally developed the GENE TREE nanotechnology ceramic core product. Additionally, the R&D team overcame a series of technical production challenges to ensure that the ceramic cores produced at scale achieve world-leading levels in resistance consistency and appearance.
The GENE TREE product adopts a "powder-free" concept, innovatively utilizing new environmentally friendly mineral materials as raw materials (which migrate and diffuse into a three-dimensional network ceramic framework at high temperatures). Furthermore, GENE TREE products have restructured the microstructure of grain boundaries, and the multi-phase coexistence structure enhances the toughness of the ceramic. At the same time, dispersed particles are distributed within the three-dimensional ceramic framework, forming a lipophilic matrix layer that can improve the lipophilicity and oil retention of the porous ceramic. Vaporization test results show that the heated surface of the ceramic and the vaporization temperature remain stable within the range of 4 to 11 watts.
Unlike other products, the safe usage power limit of GENE TREE has been increased from 8 watts to 11 watts to fully meet the requirements of different products. The temperature of the heating film remains stable, and GENE TREE supports continuous vaporization for up to 4000 seconds, increasing its lifespan by five times compared to other mainstream products.
GENE TREE is the first ceramic core product under ICCPP, and it has garnered widespread attention in the industry since its launch. GENE TREE plans to increase production capacity and sales for B2B customers and has become a key player in the market, as well as a leader in electronic vaporization technology.
