RELX has launched in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The vaping brand is already available in the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, and plans to expand further across the wider Middle East and North Africa region this year.
Following the introduction of vaping packaging and labeling standards in September 2020, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced new regulations similar to those implemented across Europe.
“The Middle East and North Africa region is one of the fastest-growing markets for our category, with growth in 2024 expected to be just under 10%,” Fouad Barakat, KSA General Manager at RELX International, said in a statement. “Saudi Arabia is one of the largest and most prosperous markets in the region, so any brand that wants to thrive and grow needs to launch there.”
Two products are available: RELX Infinity and RELX Nano2.
