In the second half of the year, efforts should be accurately focused on stabilizing the industrial chain and supply chain, enhancing the capacity for high-quality tobacco leaf assurance, improving the supporting capacity for cigarette production, strengthening the construction of the retail terminal system, and promoting the effective integration of logistics resources;<\/div>

Further planning for industry reform should be carried out systematically, advancing relevant reforms of the headquarters prudently, promoting reforms in resource allocation methods, advancing market-oriented reforms in cigarette marketing, and promoting reforms in the tobacco leaf circulation system;<\/div>

Continuously strengthen the regulation of e-cigarettes, conduct in-depth special inspections of the e-cigarette market, and continuously improve the construction of a comprehensive monitoring platform for tobacco-related information across the internet.<\/div>
