A woman at Daxing Airport was reportedly detained for five days after using a disposable vape during a flight, highlighting strict in-flight vaping rules.
According to a short video released by the Law and Justice TikTok account, on June 1, the first night after flights resumed at Beijing Daxing Airport, a female passenger on a flight from Hanzhong to Beijing was detained for 5 days by airport police for using a vape on the plane at 10 PM.

According to the crew members in the video, the plane was about to land when they noticed a woman vaping in her seat during a routine safety check. The crew immediately intervened and reported her to the airport police.<\/div>

During police questioning, the woman claimed she was unaware that vaping was prohibited on the plane, but she admitted her mistake and apologized to the police and crew members.<\/div>
