FEELM's Disposable Paper E-Cigarette Wins 2020 iF Design Award
FEELM, Smoore’s atomization brand, won the 2020 iF Design Award for its eco-friendly disposable paper e-cigarette, designed to be more biodegradable than typical plastic devices.
FEELM is the vaping brand and independent business unit of Smoore Technology Limited, and its eco-friendly disposable paper e-cigarette won the iF Design Award 2020.
FEELM took environmental concerns into account when designing this product, resulting in an effective eco-friendly device made from paper materials, with biodegradability 76% higher than the plastic used in most devices.
In addition, it features a multi-layer rolled-paper design that offers hygiene advantages, as the outermost layer of the mouthpiece can be peeled off after each use to reveal a clean surface. This peel-off design also allows users to share the device with up to 15 people at a time.
About e-waste
The latest research estimates that by 2021, about 55 million adults will be using e-cigarettes. If not disposed of properly, the large number of devices used could create a major recycling disaster.
