Several U.S. States Plan Laws to Raise the Legal Age for Buying Vaping Devices

      According to a report by CBS News on September 3, recent laws are being drafted in Arkansas, Texas, Vermont, and nine other states to raise the legal age for purchasing any tobacco products, including e-cigarettes. Additionally, five other states will implement similar laws next year. Meanwhile, some health advocates are pushing for higher taxes on e-cigarette products.
