According to a report from 9news on September 3, voters in Boulder, Colorado, will officially add an option for an e-cigarette tax to the ballot this November. If approved by voters, the first measure will impose a 40% sales tax on e-cigarettes.
Members of the Boulder City Council are also considering a regulation that would prohibit the use of tobacco products within the city and raise the legal age for purchasing tobacco to 21.
