Be sure to use the original charger and charging cable. When charging the charging case, do not leave the holder inside the charging case while charging at the same time! This can easily damage the heating blade.

When using it, be sure to take small, gentle puffs. Inhale slowly.

After finishing each pack of tobacco sticks, use a special alcohol cleaning swab to clean the residue around the heating blade. Important! Important! The heating blade is relatively fragile and can break easily, so be very careful when cleaning it. If it breaks, the repair cost will be quite high.

When you decide not to use your IQOS for several days,

first clean the residue from the holder with an alcohol cleaning swab. Otherwise, if left for too long, the residue can seep into the chip and cause corrosion, and the heating blade may also corrode as a result. Then the red light will come on!!! It won’t charge! Red light repairs are quite expensive.

 

Fifth

Do not use too much liquid alcohol when cleaning. If liquid alcohol seeps into the motherboard, it can easily corrode it and cause the red light issue.
