About the IQOS status indicator lights
① IQOS holder charging status indicator
● Green light off: charging
● Green light on: fully charged
● Yellow light off: charging (possibly poor contact with the portable charger)
● Red light off: charging (possible malfunction)
② Portable charger charging status indicator
● Green light off: charging
● All green lights on: charging complete
● One green light at the bottom on: needs charging
③ Automatic heat-cleaning status indicator
● Yellow light on: after the IQOS holder is fully charged, cleaning starts automatically
● Green light off: the IQOS holder is being cleaned
● If both the IQOS holder charging status indicator and the automatic heat-cleaning status indicator red lights are off: the IQOS portable
charger may have a malfunction
No light: standby, stopped, or completely disconnected from charging
