What Is the Best RELX Alternative After Discontinuation?
What are the alternatives now that RELX has been discontinued? RELX pods, as a type of e-cigarette product, have become increasingly popular in recent years. They offer a convenient way to move away from traditional cigarettes, but with so many alternatives constantly appearing on the market, many people are starting to wonder: among all these options, which RELX-compatible replacement is the best fit for them?
What are the alternatives after RELX discontinuation?
Among RELX-compatible replacement pods, which ones are better? At the moment, I personally think Song, Ice Bear, and Xiongda are fairly good. I used to recommend Yueji, but it’s said that Yueji has started selling its formulas and licensing its brand to other OEM factories for private-label production. The e-liquid formulas are simply purchased, which has led to different versions appearing on the market. Some versions are even more outrageous, with the filling machine set to 50 but only filling half the oil, so quality varies widely. Since there are multiple versions, it is also hard to tell them apart.
In fact, many of the once-viral brands are now all “Jinggong,” which basically means counterfeit products.
Because manufacturing costs have dropped further, and the industry itself has a very low technical barrier and is not under effective regulation, it is difficult to control what kind of e-liquid raw materials these small workshop-style factories are using. You also cannot trust the promises made by sellers on social platforms. If you don’t believe it, take one apart and see whether the ceramic coil inside is just a cheap product sourced from PDD.
At present, aside from universal compatible products, the only other option is products that comply with the new national standard, though taste is subjective and you can try them in a physical store. Another option is the international version of RELX. After all, it is still a RELX product, but buying it is more troublesome—you either need a purchasing agent or have to order from overseas. At the very least, the above options are regulated. To put it bluntly, if something goes wrong, you can at least find the company responsible.
