  Kosen Technology (603626.SH) stated, in response to an investor inquiry about whether its Vietnam factory has begun normal operations and mass production, that the Vietnam factory is currently in the production preparation stage and has not yet reached full production capacity. The first-phase project mainly involves vaping products.

Flash News: Recently, an investor asked Kosen Technology (603626.SH) on the investor interaction platform whether the Vietnam factory had already started operations and normal mass production, what products are mainly produced at the Vietnam factory, and if normal operations have begun, what the current performance outlook is.
 

Kosen Technology said that the Vietnam factory is currently in the production preparation process and has not yet reached full production capacity. The first-phase project at the Vietnam factory is a vaping product project.

On March 31, 2023, Kosen Technology issued an announcement stating that it would increase capital by US$43 million to establish a subsidiary in Vietnam, with the actual investment amount subject to approval by the relevant Chinese and local authorities. The company will build its Vietnam production base in phases based on specific factors such as market demand and business progress.

It is reported that Kunshan Kosen Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2010, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and servicing of precision structural components. It provides customers with precision metal and plastic structural parts, as well as some assembly services, for end products in consumer electronics, medical devices, new energy vehicles, vaping products, photovoltaic power generation, and other sectors.
