Mevol Classic Danxia Sour Plum Flavor Review

Key point: The new flavor in the series is called Classic Danxia. Let's first look at the packaging: it is beautifully done, with a golden background, cherry blossoms, a sunrise, and just the right winter sunlight.

The new flavor series is called Classic Danxia. First, let's look at the packaging, which is beautifully done, with a golden background featuring cherry blossoms and a sunrise, perfectly capturing the winter sunlight.

I had the opportunity to experience this flavor in a disposable format earlier last month, and I was quite impressed at the time. Since it wasn't on the market yet, I didn't do a review for everyone. I just received it yesterday, so I couldn't wait to experience this winter sour plum flavor again.

First, let's take a look at this bright yellow packaging, which also contains two pieces. This time, the new flavor is not named with numbers as before, but has a very nice name: Danxia.

The capacity of each piece is still 1.9 ml, and it still uses a ceramic core. Without further ado, let's try the flavor.

The internal packaging has changed; the previous plastic cap has been removed, allowing the flavor name to be seen directly from the outside, making it more convenient. This way, you don't have to unwrap it every time to know what flavor it is. The vape pen is really slim, and it feels very comfortable in hand. I particularly like this kind of feel, as it makes it look very premium and high-end.

Upon inhaling, I can immediately taste the sour plum flavor. Although the classic series belongs to the Chinese roasted series, the roasted flavor is still quite elegant. The sour plum taste is very refreshing, with a noticeable sourness that is not overwhelming. The sweetness is somewhat similar to the Magic Flute sunny flavor, but not as sweet, paired with the sour plum's tanginess, making it very refreshing. The throat hit is moderate. Previously, many friends who tried my disposables gave me feedback that the flavor was really good, but it had a slight middle note. The sour plum flavor is very prominent, reminiscent of the sour plum taste of Chinese cigarettes, which female users or mid-leaf enthusiasts are sure to be quite satisfied with. The brand's development in flavoring is indeed impressive, as seen with previous flavors like Rainbow No. 3 and No. 2, which received great feedback from my side. This time, the classic series Danxia represents a new level.
