Large quantity of illegal vaping devices seized at Luton shop

Trading Standards officers, assisted by Bedfordshire Police, searched a shop in Luton town centre and the flat above it, seizing a large quantity of non-duty-paid and counterfeit cigarette products.

Inside the shop, around 4,000 packs of non-duty-paid or substandard cigarettes and tobacco were found, while illegal vaping devices with an estimated market value of £50,000 were seized from the flat above the shop. The investigation is currently under way.
