Aiqiji and Fowo Intelligent have created a new smart production line and a fully digitalized smart cloud factory, with all production processes informationized to support the new electronic vaping export business.

In the new smart manufacturing workshop, a one-stop automation system has transformed the previous electronic vaping production process, forming automated processes from oil filling, atomizer assembly, finished product testing, to automatic labeling and packaging of cigarette boxes. This system features high integration, high yield, and sterile high-efficiency production characteristics, setting a benchmark in the industry and creating a safer, more compliant, and more modern smart electronic vaping production line. In Fowo Intelligent's factory, the annual production of ELFBAR and LOST MARY disposable and pod-based electronic vaping products reaches tens of millions.

Additionally, every ELFBAR and LOST MARY e-cigarette produced in the smart factory undergoes a series of high-standard tests, including toxicology tests, e-liquid and vapor chemical composition analysis, product reliability assessments, material testing, and electronic and battery safety tests. Fowo has also established a laboratory compliant with the EU's Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive to assess the environmental impact of its products.

Moreover, the entire company is promoting digital transformation, creating a smart cloud factory characterized by “lean manufacturing and green production.” The smart cloud significantly shortens the original product delivery cycle, allowing customers to place orders online and produce on demand. The flexible supply chain production line has completely changed the previous manufacturing process, reducing the inventory cycle from 15 days to 5 days.
