A drug dealer was caught for selling cannabis sweets at £15 each and planning to supply customers with THC e-cigarettes.
When Gwent police raided Calvin Jones's apartment, they found nearly a kilogram of cannabis leaves and buds, cannabis sweets, and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the chemical that causes a high in Class B drugs.
Andrew Kendall told the judge at Newport Crown Court that the 46-year-old defendant was arrested by police following a tip-off after a Swalec worker visited his home.
Police collected further evidence after recovering drug-related information from Jones's phone.
