One Year After Mexico’s Vape Ban: Vaping Products Still Easy to Buy, Chinatown Prices Under RMB 50
More than a year after the implementation of the vape ban in Mexico, the country still has 1.7 million vape users, and vaping products are still easily available in the market.
According to reports from Mexican media Excelsior, more than a year after the vape ban was implemented, there are still 1.7 million vape users in Mexico, and vaping products can still be easily purchased in the market.
It is reported that in the central area of Mexico City, there are some legitimate stores selling vaping products, with prices ranging from 400 to 1200 pesos (approximately RMB 166 to 500).
Some stores even showcase their products online for e-commerce sales. In some commercial plazas, vape vending machines can still be seen, although they have stopped operating, they display various vaping products.
Chinatown is another place where vaping products are openly displayed, with disposable vapes of different colors and flavors available for anyone to purchase for less than 100 pesos (approximately RMB 42).
