According to a report from Vietnamese media ANTV, the police in Lang Son recently discovered and confiscated a batch of unidentified e-cigarettes and e-liquids, which were found for sale at a barbershop in the city's Chi Phong street area.
During the inspection, officers found 80 bottles of e-liquid and 11 cartridge-based e-cigarettes of various colors on display for sale. The owner was unable to provide invoices or documents proving the source of these products. He claimed that he purchased these e-cigarettes on social media and then resold them for profit.
