China Exported About $19.11 Million of E-Cigarettes to Japan in October, Up About 11% Month on Month
In October 2023, China exported about US$19.11 million worth of e-cigarettes to Japan, up 10.55% month on month and down 40.46% year on year.
According to updated trade data from the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China, 2Firsts compiled statistics on China’s e-cigarette exports to Japan in October 2023. Details are as follows:

Export value was approximately US$19.11 million, up 10.55% month on month and down 40.46% year on year.

Export volume was approximately 137 tons, up 17.85% month on month and down 29.41% year on year.

The average export unit price was US$139.27/kg, down 6.19% month on month and down 15.66% year on year; the average price of “e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizing devices” was US$26.14/unit.

Among them, “e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizing devices” accounted for 99.8% of export categories, while “non-combustible inhalation products containing nicotine, without tobacco or reconstituted tobacco” accounted for 0.2%.
