China's Vape Exports to Germany Reached About $54.68 Million in October, Down 17.07% Month on Month

October 2023, China's exports to Germany Electronic Cigarette exports amounted to about 54.68 million U.S. dollars, down 17.07% sequentially and 31.05% year-on-year.

Express according to the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China updated trade data, two supreme statistics in October 2023 China's exports of electronic cigarettes to Germany. The details are as follows: 

Exports amounted to about 54.68 million U.S. dollars, a drop of 17.07% from the previous year, and a year-on-year down 31.05%.

Export volume of about 987 tons. >Export volume of about 987 tons, down 7.98% from a year earlier, an increase of 27.10%.

Export unit price of 55.40 U.S. dollars / kg, down 9.87%, down 45.75% year-on-year; "electronic cigarettes and similar personal electronic atomization devices" average price of 17.20 U.S. dollars / unit.

The "electronic cigarettes and similar personal electronic atomization devices" average price of $ 17.20 per unit.

Including, "electronic cigarettes and similar personal electronic atomization devices" accounted for 33.92% of the export category, while "non-combustion smoking products without tobacco or reconstituted tobacco, containing nicotine" accounted for 66.08%.

Also according to Statista, the German e-cigarette market is projected to generate $1.1 billion in revenue by 2023; the market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 0.85% (CAGR 2023-2028); and taking into account the total population, per capita e-cigarette consumption in Germany in 2023 is projected to be $15.15 consumption in Germany is projected to be $15.15; the popularity of e-cigarettes in Germany has increased significantly, with more smokers turning to these devices as a less harmful alternative to traditional tobacco products.
