China's E-Cigarette Exports to Russia Reached About US$28.98 Million in October, Down About 13% Mont
In October 2023, China’s exports of e-cigarettes to Russia totaled about US$28.98 million, down 12.98% month on month and 30.57% year on year.
According to updated trade data from the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China, 2Firsts compiled statistics on China’s e-cigarette exports to Russia for October 2023. Details are as follows:

Export value was about US$28.98 million, down 12.98% month on month and 30.57% year on year.

Export volume was about 618 tons, down 12.88% month on month and 13.22% year on year.

The export unit price was US$46.90/kg, down 0.11% month on month and 20.00% year on year; the average price of “e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizing devices” was US$8.04/unit.

Among them, “e-cigarettes and similar personal electronic vaporizing devices” accounted for 22.74% of export categories, while “non-combustible nicotine-containing products without tobacco or reconstituted tobacco” accounted for 77.26%.

In addition, according to Statista forecasts, revenue in Russia’s e-cigarette market is expected to reach US$1.1 billion in 2023; the market is projected to grow at an annual rate of 2.80% (CAGR 2023–2028); per capita e-cigarette consumption in Russia is expected to be about US$8.93 in 2023. Driven by both rising consumer demand and relatively loose regulation, Russia’s e-cigarette market is growing rapidly.
