IP dispute: Fumot International announces lawsuit against Heyuan

According to the latest official statement released by Funot International Limited today (November 10) afternoon, the Heyuan factory located in Shenzhen has undergone a surprise inspection by the Intellectual Property Inspection Team of the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration.

According to Funot International's official statement, the reason for this surprise inspection is that Heyuan, as the OEM factory for IVG in China, has produced products (e-cigarettes containing four 2ml pods) that are suspected of directly infringing Funot International's patent rights.

Additionally, Funot International mentioned in the statement that it has filed a lawsuit against Heyuan and its affiliated companies and has submitted an application to Chinese customs to detain the infringing products, hoping that Heyuan will cooperate with the relevant authorities' inspections and immediately cease the infringing activities.
